The Skills I Have Learnt

I now know how to use Photoshop, as I've never used the software before. 
I have learnt how to add images to a background and stop the image from being pixalated. I have learnt how to add text and change the font, colour and size, Also moving the text around to where i think is appropriate.
I have learnt about lighting when it comes to photo shoots, fill lights will discard any shadows on the models face, which is why I moved the fill light closer to my models (Alice) face when I was practising taking photos.

Institution that would publish my magazine

Vice is the publisher that would publish my magazine, they published I-D as the two companies integrated together. My title of my magazine is I-T which is obviously inspired by I-D magazine which is why i think they would publish my magazine.

Inspirational Graphic Designers

David Carson; He is an American graphic designer, art director and surfer, 59 years of age. 
His work is very unique, standing out from other designs, He uses mainly black and white, with blue and red. Hes fonts he uses are quite plain, with the odd serif out of place which gives his work an edgy feel.



I could take the idea of his bold striking fonts and use them in my own work, which is what i'm thinking of doing to make the words stand out from my magazine.

Inspirational Photographers

Terry Richardson; He was born in 1965 on the 14th of August. He is an american fashion and portrait photographer.

I love this photographer because he takes simplistic photos, the majority of his photos stick to the Monochrome theme that i want to do.
